    I RECEIVED DEAD ON ARRIVAL PRODUCTS AND METRAVI CHARGED ME FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. I THINK THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY DO LIKE THIS. I HAVE PURCHASED HUNDREADS OF PRODUCTS FROM OTHER OEMs. WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE, THEY TOLD IT’S THEIR MANAGEMENT POLICY. LOOKS LIKE THERE IS NO QA TEAM AND MANGMENT KNOWS THAT THEIR PRODUCTS HAS SO MANY FAULTS & CHANCES OF FAILURE THAT COULD BE THE REASON THEY FORCED CUSTOMER TO BEAR THE SHIPPING COST FOR THE DEAD ON ARRIVAL PRODUCTS.

    OTHER CAN PURCHASE BUT THIE PRODUCT MAY WORK MAY NOT WORK. TAKE THE RISK AND PURCHASE

      Since the first email received from your end, we have been constantly in touch and have attended your calls and emails and informed you of the process as well.
      The two landlines that you complained are inactive are working and have not been down even for a minute in the last 30 days.

      During our conversations I have mentioned that we will be checking the packing video to check if last mile checking was done and I have already apologised to you regarding any inconvenience faced due to one unit not working, as you have complained.

      We check the videos on any complaint coming in, which are rare and few, to understand any lacking, so that we can improve and ensure no issues in the future for any customer.
      Whatever the issue, our Warranty and Returns Policy stays unaffected.

      We have checked the video and I have also been informed that for non-battery electrical testers, the testing is done at the factory and as these are packed in blister packing, they are only checked for any physical damage or missing accessories (if any) at despatch point.
      All Metravi products are checked and calibrated at our factory before packing. We have been and are known for our quality and service.
      I am sure you will agree that here is no plausible reason for us to be sending you one working and one damaged unit of the socket testers.

      As discussed earlier too, I will ensure that your feedback on our warranty and return policy is shared with the management.
      We are a 50+ year old company and have been selling online too since the last 4 years. We are not a marketplace, hence do not provide return pickup services.
      Online or offline, our Returns and Warranty policy remains the same.
      For online purchases, we ensure that every customer reads and understands these policies BEFORE they make the payment to us. We have neither “hidden” our policies nor have we “referred” to them only post sales.

      Request you to please share a video of the issue to confirm the same at your end and as per our policy, please send us the unit of the Socket Tester that you are facing issues with and we will physically inspect the unit for your issues. If found to be as you say, we will ship you the replacement unit at the earliest.
