Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy

We will provide free of cost replacement of the product or authorise and accept a return only within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered from our end. The warranty will only be in effect if

  1. Model No. of item supplied is not same as the model no. of item ordered (as mentioned in PO/Metravi Website).
  2. The item has any MANUFACTURING DEFECT and these defects can be replicated at our location and verified mutually in due process.

The following terms and conditions have to be met in full for the warranty to be in effect:

  • We will NOT entertain returns in case customer has ordered the wrong item or if they expected the item to have certain features which is/are not mentioned in the catalogue (as available on our website https://www.metravi.com). Customers are requested to read and go through all the product features and specifications in detail before placing any orders. Reach out to us for any further queries or clarifications, if required, at info@metravi.com
  • In order to return or get replacement, please return the UNUSED item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, along with packaged accessories with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
  • All costs associated with returning the item to us, including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable, shall need to be taken care by the customer.
  • Cancellations are not acceptable. Orders once confirmed will be shipped out as soon as payment is received/credited to our account.
  • Once we receive the product(s) back, only after verifying its packaging/condition, status, any error reported (including replication or error reported), return would be approved and we will initiate replacement or refund procedure (for your money) within 3-4 working days.
  • The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 7-10 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Warranty: The products sold are covered under manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects only for 1 year from date of order despatch from our end. In case you find that the product is not working properly, after you have opened the box, you need to inform the same immediately and the faulty product/part has to be returned back to us for replacement/repair. Transformers, Chargers and adaptors (all accessories including batteries) are not included in any warranty.
  • Metravi cannot be held liable or responsible as regards incomplete specifications, incorrect or incomplete information or directions, any missing accessories, damaged packaging, etc. for any Metravi product being listed and sold on online portals, e-commerce sites or anywhere on and via the Internet by third-parties, dealers, other websites.

Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. Acceptance of package would imply checking and confirmation of correct and complete product set received in new and intact condition.
