When you process an online payment through a payment gateway, sometimes you might face issues due to poor or drop in networks, server issues or other technical reasons. In case your payment shows as failed, please check if your card or bank has been charged. In case of no charge, try making the payment again. Each Metravi product comes with the Manufacturer's Test Certificate. For a third party certificate, please let us know AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE ORDER. Third party calibration can be arranged from NABL certified or other labs, as per requirement, but are chargeable extra, over and above the product price. We provide free of cost replacement of the same product or authorise and accept a return and replacement only within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered from our end, only in case of incorrect product delivered or any proven manufacturing defect. The warranty will only be in effect if the Model No. of item supplied is not same as the model no. of item ordered (as mentioned in P.O./Metravi Website). If the item is reported to have any MANUFACTURING DEFECT, these defects have to be replicable at our location and verified mutually.

In order to return or get replacement for any eligible order, the UNUSED item(s) is to be returned to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, along with packaged accessories, all original tags/labels attached and proof of purchase, within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
