Can I get replacement for a product which is not working?

We will provide free of cost replacement of the product or authorise and accept a return only within Seven (7) days after the product has been delivered from our end.

The warranty is only in effect if
1) Model No. of item supplied is not same as the model no. of item ordered (as mentioned on the Metravi Website).
2) The item has any MANUFACTURING DEFECT and these defects can be replicated at our service location and verified mutually.

Important Note: At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. Acceptance of package would imply checking and confirmation of correct and complete product set received in new and intact condition.
