They can be used for measuring DC voltage and current, AC voltage and current, resistance diode forward voltage, transistor hFE and open circuit testing with capacitance test facility etc.

It is designed for anti-reference and thus is suitable for use in the field, car electric circuit repainnent, laboratory workshop and industrial maintenance etc.
